Gear Lever Test System
Gear Lever Testing system is automated solution developed to test the Gear Lever and Cable Assembly. The software controls the series of test to be conducted on Gear Lever and cable assembly. Communicates with GE Versa motion drives to control the servo motors to move the Gear Lever in the selected direction in precise speed. In this data acquires from USB and COM ports.
Twin Roller Wear Testing System
Twin Roller Wear Tester Application used to study tribological properties of metal to metal to abrasive media composites and polymers etc. under dry or lubricated condition and elevated temperatures upto 500°C. The test tracks can be linear - unidirectional and reciprocatory circular spiral or as user defined Motion is through 3 axes servo controlled system interfaced with the PC.
Air Retension Test System
This application is used to calibrate the fabricated material by giving certain pressure. When pressure is given by air pump, a fabric material within a cylinder is filled with air and the pressure is measured at initial stage and at final stage to test any leakages from the fabric. The fabric is checked in water and also in detergents.
Torque Wrench Calibration System
Torque Wrench Calibration System [TWCS] is a solution developed for calibrating the Torque Wrench through the series of automated process. The software takes control over the system and drives through the test for calibrating the tool. It displays the Capacity and Unit of Measurement by sensing the type of tool used in testing process. Data communication is through USB and COM ports and hardware includes NI Data Card.
Brake Material Tribo Tester
Brake material tribo tester is used to evaluate the tribological properties of brake materials. The brake drum / disc is rotated at a known speed along with a known mass to simulate the inertia of the vehicle. The brake material is forced against the drum / disc at a known pressure and the torque generated during the process is acquired on to a PC. The number of braking cycles and braking time can be preset by the user. The parameters are PC controlled and the experimental results acquired on to a PC.
Hydraulic Test Rig
Hydraulic Test RIG system used to test the transformers. The application controls the system in conducting the test. Uploads the set of parameters to setup the initial values and set points. Once the test is started, the software scans the pressure and flow data to analyze the test. Online graph plots the flow vs pressure data online. Data communication is through Ethernet port and the hardware is GE-Fanuc PLC. The application software records the captured values and prints the graph and report.
Spring Test System
Spring Test Software is developed to test the spring's tension and plot the angle vs torque online graph. The application constantly receives strain gauge input through RS 232 port and displays the graph. It identifies different torque values for the predefined set of angles. The recorded values are compared with the minimum and maximum torque values. There will be an option to operate the system in clockwise and anticlockwise as well in only one direction and in two directions.
Drill Dynamometer
Application is used to measure torque upon applying a constant load on fabricated material. As soon as load starts applying on a material, a small amount of torque will be getting and once it is about to drill through the material, torque will be reduced. Online graph is plotted for both normal load and torque with respect to time.
