Spring Test Software is developed to test the spring's tension and plot the angle vs torque online graph. The application constantly receives strain gauge input through RS 232 port and displays the graph. It identifies different torque values for the predefined set of angles. The recorded values are compared with the minimum and maximum torque values. There will be an option to operate the system in clockwise and anticlockwise as well in only one direction and in two directions. Advanced search option enables the user to browse through the records and compare the test results through graph. Operations are allowed based on the user logged into the application.




To calibrate the spiral springs for both directions (forward and reverse). Capture torque values at the specified angles and plot online graph.
